Care and repair following an accident  
The Road Assistance of MONDIAL ASSISTANCE covers: 
· the owner or legitimate holder of vehicle, as defined in the single insurance of civil liability vehicle industry, the insured has entered the ATLANTIC UNION. 
· The respective legitimate driver of the vehicle at the time of the accident in which was involved. 
· The legal representatives of the legal person insured (company etc) as defined in the single insurance of civil liability vehicle industry. 

The conditions for meeting and obligations of the insured ATLANTIC UNION, listed in detail in terms of Roadside Assistance MONDIAL ASSISTANCE (or our insurance contract).

; The husband or wife of the owner or legal owner of the vehicle, the parents of both and the minor children. 
· The respective legitimate driver of the vehicle at the time of damage or an accident was involved. 
 · The legal representatives of the legal person insured (company etc) as defined in the single insurance of civil liability vehicle industry.
